Built for the coast
The Gold Coast sits in wind region B, and every home has a design wind class set when it was built. Your new door has to match it, so we check the rating before we quote. We also ask how far you are from the beach or a canal. Homes close to salt water should use a door and fittings with a marine-grade finish, and we'll tell you which options suit your street.
From measure to handover
We measure the opening, headroom, side room and back room, check the slab and the framing, and photograph the existing setup. You'll get a written quote listing the door, the finish, the motor if you want one, and removal of the old door. On the day, we strip out the old door, fit the new tracks and panels, set the springs to the exact door weight, install and program the opener, and finish with a full safety test.
